Xtra e-mail problems
E-mails getting lost? If you’re a Telecom acccount holder
Xtra users can access their spam folder by using Xtra’s webmail system:
1. Browse to: http://www.xtra.co.nz/
2. Click the “Email” link.
3. Login with xtra email address + password.
4. Click “Spam” at the left. This will list messages marked as spam.
5. (optional) Ticking one or more messages in the list, then clicking “Not Spam” will move the messages into the inbox – and also cause future messages (i.e. from the same sender) to end up in the inbox instead of the Spam folder.
